The attack supple and generous, the finish silky and harmonious, with notes of black pepper and cloves. A wine that recalls the great syrahs of the Northern Rhone.<\/p>\n<h6>VINIFICATION<\/h6>\n<p>Harvest destemmed and not chaptalized. First maceration at 4\u00b0 for 5 days. First fermentation in 400 lt French oak barrels opened under temperature control. Reassembly and extraction aromas, color and tannins manually in the barrel. End of fermentation pressing and closing barrels.
