General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The general terms of sale apply to all products sold by Ozenit SA.
Scope of delivery
Online wine orders are only taken into account for deliveries in Switzerland. For deliveries abroad, please contact us by phone at +41 79 885 76 16 or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
On average, delivery is made within 5 days of receipt of the order.
Delivery costs are CHF 15 for all orders within Switzerland. They are free for orders over CHF 400.00, provided that the delivery address is in Switzerland. Additional costs apply for deliveries abroad.
Cancellation of orders and right of return
Cases of non-performance of the contract are subject to Swiss law.
We would like to point out to the customer that once the order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
The customer is obliged to check the items received on receipt. In case of non-conformity of the order, the customer must advise ” Ozenit SA ” without delay by e-mail at email@example.com or by telephone at + 41 79 885 76 16. The possible return of the articles will be organized by ” Ozenit SA ” which will indicate to the customer the procedure to follow.
Taste of cork
Defective bottles will be replaced after their return.
The present conditions of sale are exclusively subject to Swiss law. By using the online sales service, the customers of ” Ozenit SA ” commit themselves to respect all the useful provisions of the federal and cantonal law as well as the present sales conditions.
In particular, they are made aware of the fact that by law, persons under 18 years old cannot access the online sales service.
