rhubarb, which support a lively and fresh mouth.
VINIFICATION
Harvest not destemmed and not chaptalized. Soft pressing, severe settling. First fermentation in tanks under temperature control. No second fermentation. Maturing 6 months on the lees.
Contains sulphites / 13.5% vol.
