TASTING
Minerality and fruitiness are terms of choice for this assemblage. A noble white wine for dining pleasure with seductive notes of rhubarb preserves and white peaches. Generous and well structured on the palette. The long finish flatters with its elegance and finesse.
VINIFICATION
Harvest not destemmed. Soft pressing, rest in cold storage during 10 days. First fermentation in barrels under temperature control. No second fermentation, following 12 months maturing in barrels on the lees.
